Hi Kevin,
I am looking at different ways of collaborating with colleagues over a wide geographical area and this may be the way to do it. Need to have a play with Wave to find out if the real time feel of the software will tempt them in!

Erica, you don't get a lot for free but if you are willing to pay for a servie I'd recommend you look at Dropbox or Sugarsync. Disclaimer, the Sugarlink 125 on the right hand bar is an affiliate link.

Thanks for this post, Kevin
I have not had the opportunity to use and review Google Wave as yet, but would like to do so. I would like to use it to bring a small group of bloggers together and mastermind some strategies that will benefit all parties from a business standpoint. Who knows where that could lead, but if nothing else, it would provide another means of sharing technology and ideas by exposing the group to this real-time tool.

Mozy is a very good service that I subscribed to some months ago and remain happy with. Just did a review recently and I too would recommend using Mozy.

Hi, Kevin.
I've been hoping to get my hands on a Wave invite since the service was first announced. I'm a filmmaker, and my writing partner and I frequently use Google Docs to collaborate, but I'm really hot on the idea of using some sort of real time software for brainstorming and outlining, as well as to take the place of certain face to face meetings. It's going to take a bit of arm twisting to get many of the people I work with onboard, which is why I want to start playing with it as soon as possible. If you've still got invites by the time this gets posted, I'd be grateful for one.
-Dee
