TimeExchange is an exceptional value, not because of its price, but becuase it gets used! Most of the small businesses I've worked with have seen lots of project management shelfware (MS Project is particularly good at keeping the dust off of many a small business shelf, as are all those timesheet add-ons for the accounting systems that accounting and IT can never seem to implement). Most SMB's just need the basics, or at least a system that lets you get the basics done in an intuitive way. TimeXchange does this very well. The key feature is that it gets used and provides useful information for all who need it.
