TimeXchange Adds More Value

by Kevin Tea on March 18, 2009

Joe at TimeXchange has emailed an update on the latest changes to the service. What I like about the TimeXchange team is that they always seem to be added value to the core product and interact with their users. The latest benefits are:

  • Weekly Summary on Time Entry Page. The Time Entry page will not display the time entry method (timecard or timesheet) until a project is selected to add time. Also, you will now see a summary of hours across all projects for a given week displayed on the Time Entry page.
  • Adding Non-Members to a Project will automatically create a free one-project account for that person. They will have full access to all features and can activate more projects with a paid subscription.
  • Time Sheet Reports now include the Project Description.

  • You can now check your account status and when it expires. You can access the status by clicking on Account Info in the Dashboard section.
  • Have you tried out the new Timer feature yet? It’s on the Time Entry page and let’s you start and stop the stopwatch to capture time.
